What's included in a Novavorbit service?
A standard service at Novavorbit covers engine oil and filter replacement, air and cabin filter inspection, brake fluid and coolant level checks, tyre pressure and tread depth assessment, and a 30-point visual inspection of belts, hoses, and lights. You receive a printed report listing every check, its result, and a recommended action if anything is outside spec. Interim, full, and major service packages are available — each with a fixed price displayed in the workshop and on the quote sheet we hand you when you arrive. There are no packages bundled with tasks you did not ask for.
How the service process works.
You book online or by phone for a slot that suits you — most routine services are completed within the same morning. When you arrive, a technician walks around the car with you and notes any concerns you have before the job sheet is raised. Once the work is done, a second technician signs off the checklist independently. You collect the car with the completed report, a fresh service sticker, and a stamped logbook entry. If during the service we find something unexpected — a worn tyre or a corroded brake line, for example — we call you before touching it, explain the situation, and get your approval. Nothing is added to the invoice without your go-ahead.

We complete your manufacturer's service logbook and issue a Novavorbit digital receipt so your car's history is never in doubt.
