What Novavorbit does and who it's for.
Novavorbit is a full-service independent auto repair workshop based in Zaragoza, Aragón. We carry out scheduled maintenance, electronic diagnostics, tyre supply and fitting, and structural bodywork for private car owners and small fleet operators across the Zaragoza metropolitan area. The workshop opened in 2011 with four bays and has grown to twelve, handling around 1,800 vehicles per year across all makes and models — from city hatchbacks to larger family SUVs. We do not specialise in a single brand, but our technicians complete manufacturer-endorsed training each year to stay current with evolving engine and electronics architectures. Our typical customer is someone who wants honest information about what is wrong with their car and a clear number for the repair before anyone picks up a spanner. We serve individuals, families, and businesses with small vehicle fleets who have found that franchise dealerships charge premium rates for work that does not require the dealer badge.
How we work — and where we draw the line.
Every job at Novavorbit follows the same sequence: a written quote before work begins, a phone call if anything unexpected turns up mid-job, and a signed-off inspection sheet when the car is ready to collect. We have never added a line to an invoice without the customer's verbal and written approval first. In thirteen years of trading that rule has held without exception. We are experienced with petrol, diesel, and mild-hybrid powertrains. We do not currently carry out high-voltage battery work on fully electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles — that requires specialist equipment and certification we have not yet acquired, and we would rather tell you clearly than take on work we cannot do properly. Similarly, for insurance-related repairs requiring an approved repairer designation, we can assess and quote the damage but will advise if your insurer requires you to use a network garage. We think knowing our limits is part of doing good work.
