Book a diagnostic scan
Warning lights are your car's way of flagging a fault code in one of its control modules. A Novavorbit diagnostic session connects a professional-grade OBD-II scanner to your vehicle's port and reads every live fault code across the engine, transmission, ABS, airbag, and emissions systems in a single session. The scan itself takes around 30 minutes. After that, one of our technicians interprets the codes with you — in plain English, not hexadecimal — and produces a written fault report that ranks each issue by urgency: immediate safety concern, repair within the next 1,000 km, or monitor at next service. That report belongs to you; there is no obligation to carry out any repair with us.
Engine, gearbox, ABS, airbag, climate, and emissions modules — all read in one session. Not just the engine light.
You leave with a printed document listing every fault code, its plain-English meaning, and our recommended action ranked by priority.
The diagnostic fee is fixed and published. If you proceed with a repair at Novavorbit on the same visit, the scan fee is deducted from the final invoice.
Electronic diagnostics are excellent at isolating faults in sensor-monitored systems, but some mechanical problems — an intermittent rattle, a vibration that only appears above 100 km/h — may require a road test or physical inspection in addition to the scan. We will always tell you when the scan result is conclusive and when it points to a probable cause that still needs hands-on verification. We do not charge for additional inspection time unless we inform you in advance and you approve the extra work. Our goal is an accurate diagnosis, not a large bill.
Book a same-day diagnostic scan and leave with a written report — no repair commitment needed.
